Requirements for personnel exit procedures:
Exhibitor representatives will leave Vietnam with their passports. The visa procedures will be handled by our organizing committee. Participants are required to provide their original passports and two two-inch color photos. And mail it to our organizing committee.
Registration Procedures
Please fill in the participation agreement form carefully and fax this form to the organizing committee to confirm the reserved booth.
After receiving the exhibition agreement form, we will determine the booth according to the order of registration. The booth reservation will not take effect until the exhibitor pays the booth fee in advance. The remaining fee must be paid 3 days in advance before the exhibition. The organizing committee will Notify other relevant matters.
After confirming the booth, please send the exhibitor's company profile and list of exhibiting products to the organizing committee by email. The requirements are one copy in Chinese and one in English.
