1. Market background:
Vietnam has joined the WTO since Since then, the textile and garment industry has achieved breakthrough development, with exports increasing at an average annual rate~. Dang Fangrong, vice president of the Vietnam Textile and Garment Association, once said that the raw materials used in Vietnam's textile and garment industry can only be purchased domestically. At present, Vietnam consumes about 10,000 tons of cotton every year, but only 3 tons (only 3) are supplied domestically. The rest need to import rayon.
